Summary
This week I chat about how much the social media space has changed in the 10 years I've been apart of it being an influencer. I explain how I used to negotiate my brand deals at such a young age and how I really just learned over time through trial and error. I talk about the guilt and shame I feel at times for being in a non-traditional career, yet how it's simultaneously been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I also stress the importance of management in this field as well as delegation. I've always been asked to talk about money & the behind the scenes, so here's a taste of that and what I've learned over the years.
