It's true that Mormons believe in telling the truth. that's one of their principal tenets of their faith,

but there is an exception to that rule about being honest.

And that unwritten rule for a Mormon is it's okay to lie to people if you're trying to make the church look good.

January. What gives? Well, I'm trying to think exactly how we landed on doing an episode.

I remember. What's that? I remember. About how Apologists lied to you. I think it was because one of the apologists will talk about,

Jacob Hess had published a piece in the Deseret News.

He now works for the Deseret News.

And I was irritated by the fact that I caught him, as people will find later,

in quite a whopper of actually, I think several lies on one of the pieces he wrote back when he wrote for Public Square magazine.

And we caught Austin Fife in so many lies during the course of the Light and Truth Letter more, which we're going to demonstrate today.

We're not duplicating any material we've already done.
