0:11.4	There are areas in this round two that you see being tricky for the jury to understand the depths of the points being made and the legitimacy of them from being,
0:25.1	you know, literal legal arguments that have things that back it to just theories like he went
0:31.8	into the house and got beat up without really any sort of evidence to point to that other than

0:39.3	Well, Tony, I think the biggest muddle that this jury is going to face is Proctor.
0:45.6	And I say that because what he said is completely unprofessional.
0:51.7	It's completely against our rules of ethics and everything else.
0:56.2	But it had nothing to do with tampering with the evidence.
1:00.9	Nothing to.
1:01.7	Everybody's looked at this now.
1:03.3	Not only the FBI and the grand jury,
1:06.9	but now they did an audit as well.
1:11.3	Nothing was done that had to do with tampering or, you know, putting evidence in a case where it didn't exist.
1:20.9	I think they're going, though, to paint him as such a villain and having made his mind up that the jury is really going to have to decide
1:29.5	no matter how much they dislike him and don't agree with what he did, that it didn't really
1:35.4	affect any facts.
1:37.6	No facts were altered because of him.
