Welcome into today's wise investor segment.

I was talking with a mentee the other day on the importance of really leaning into relationships

in this season of his journey. He's just working his ass off.

And, you know, hustlers, people that are willing to lay it all on the line to, you know,

get rejected, to step outside their comfort zone. You just really want to see those people win.

And he was, you know, really running around in a lot of different directions. And so I was

really trying to kind of help him narrow in his scope and focus around the activities that are really

going to lead to the best ROI for where he wants to go, which is to building wealth in real estate.

And one of the foundational things that, if I look back on, has generated the most ROI,

and I mean ROI, not only from a financial perspective, but from a relational perspective,

from experiences, from skill-building opportunities that have generated,

you know, more opportunity in financial gain for me to open the door to other individuals

and networks and relationships that, you know, I probably would have had no opportunity to tap into

without that individual is reminded me just how important relationships are and that they are

the foundation, not just in real estate investing, but in life.

When I think about some of the most,, satisfying, you know, happy, lucrative outcomes that I've had in my life, it's often

from the root of a relationship that I've got a really strong connection with.

And I was looking back at some of the, you know, things that I've been able to accomplish

and where the, you know, inception point, the beginning of many of these opportunities came from.

And it was always from a relationship.
