I was talking with a mentee the other day on the importance of really leaning into relationships

in this season of his journey. He's just working his ass off.

And, you know, hustlers, people that are willing to lay it all on the line to, you know,

get rejected, to step outside their comfort zone. You just really want to see those people win.

And he was, you know, really running around in a lot of different directions. And so I was

really trying to kind of help him narrow in his scope and focus around the activities that are really

going to lead to the best ROI for where he wants to go, which is to building wealth in real estate.

And one of the foundational things that, if I look back on, has generated the most ROI,

and I mean ROI, not only from a financial perspective, but from a relational perspective,
