Awesome, man. I'm doing pretty well now a couple weeks after the conference. Obviously,

you were one of the speakers there, and you did a phenomenal job, so I just wanted to kind

of follow up with you and get you on the show. Excellent. Yeah. So, dude, I know at the conference,

actually, you talked a lot about sort of self-defense, but in a way that kind of is conflict avoidance.

So you kind of shut it down before it even starts, which I really kind of liked.

Is there kind of any more background or anything else you could kind of quickly add to that that

maybe the people at the conference didn't get to hear because I know it was kind of a shorter

speech yeah um basically I'm a big believer that self-defense as self-defense doesn't really work

um that is unless you can actually see a situation developing by the time a violent altercation

actually occurs it happens so quickly that you really don't have a lot of time to react

and respond and put those physical techniques into play so what we try and teach is how
