The intro is just getting better every time. Every single time. How are you? Good. How old are you? 24. 24. You're spot on. Okay. There you go. I know you a little bit. Yeah. I guess so before we get

into everything, for people who don't know who you are, can you give us your quick intro?

Yeah. So you pretty much hit, uh, hit it spot on. So I do wholesale flips. I buy some rental properties all here in Las Vegas. Uh, right now we're averaging around eight deals a month.

I would say maybe like half of those are flips. Half of those are wholesale. Nice. I've been

picking up a couple rentals recently. So, um, have a small team, a bunch of awesome people on the team.

And that's, you know, that's about it.

So, I mean, you've been on the podcast, I would say four times.

This is my fourth time.

Yeah, yeah.

So I do want to just have a conversation on how things are going and kind of just

dig into, you know, some adversities you're having as a young 20-something-year-old making bank.

But so and then how much are you spending on marketing to be doing eight deals a month?

Yeah. So right now we be doing eight deals a month?

Yeah. So right now we're spending 500 bucks a month of marketing.
