for sure people who don't know who you are can you give us your quick backstory

yeah absolutely so I started off you, after college and at a big four accounting firm, quickly found out that was a terrible fit for me.

Lasted about a year and after that one of my buddies was leaving his boss at an

appraisal business and called me and asked me if I wanted to help him start that

business so I loved real estate I'd read Rich Dad, poor dad, just like everybody else.

And I was like, yeah, I want to get around real estate. I want to own some investment properties eventually. And so long story short I got the appraisal

license I got my real estate license I did a house hack
