0:57.8	Yeah, I mean, I think the biggest thing that we're seeing is that even with all of the kind of fluctuations in real estate, we're still seeing that over the long term property values are continuing to go up.
1:08.4	And people are still building wealth.
1:13.2	And as we continue to see,
1:18.7	I think the supply of housing be constrained, right? Like, you know, that's been a big talk for quite some time now is that there just isn't enough housing to absorb all the demand. For the people
1:24.2	that hold that limited supply, it typically is going to put you in a really good
1:28.9	position, especially if you look out over a longer time horizon of five years, 10 years, 20 years,
1:33.6	because you're going to get a lot of appreciation on top of the cash flow that you're continuing
1:38.2	to generate. So I think just the fact that there's this big imbalance between supply and demand
1:42.8	is going to play in our favor.
1:54.9	And then, you know, irrespective of your kind of political beliefs, I think having a president in office who's a real estate investor, you know, there'll probably be some good things that come our way as well.
2:01.2	Like I saw a clip. I don't know where he was speaking at, but he said that like, hey, bringing back 100% bonus appreciation,
2:05.6	very much something that he wants to do. And all of us is real estate investors benefit from that. So I think there's a lot of things kind of working in the favor of real estate investors today.
