Today we have Mark D. Williams from Mark D. Williams Custom Homes.

He's an award-winning builder from the Twin Cities, creating quality custom homes and remodellers.

You might also know him from The Curious Builder podcast. He's also a

previous guest on this podcast. And today, we're going to talk about everything that you wouldn't

expect. Let's just start there. I think that we're going to talk about health and wellness, which

is continuing to be more and more of a focus for our

industry and I think just life in general, which I love. He has since, you know, grown the Curious

Builder podcast into what he calls collectives. He's got a sauna camp going. He's got boot camps going.

We talk about the, you know, depression and

anxiety and how we, you almost fuel ourselves with the, the thinking, as you put it, Tyler, right?

Like, it's the thinking that is what kills us, not necessarily the thought.

Yeah, we, I, from the day I met Mark, he is just an absolute ball of energy.

I have always said he's basically the opposite of me.

But it's a really good conversation today.
