I'm so happy I've got me. Oh, I'm so happy I've got me. I'd like you to say this to yourself

today, my friends, and I'm going to give you some reasons why

and some guidelines with which to really let this seep into every cell in your body, okay?

I'm so happy I've got me. Do you ever think that with someone else? Like maybe if you really

love your husband or wife or your best friend or maybe you've got an amazing boss and you're like, I'm so happy I have her. I'm so happy

I have him. What would I do without this person? Oh my gosh, I'm just so grateful. I would love

us to say, think and believe this at the deepest level about ourselves. Here is how I do it.

So here is an invitation with which you can do this. You can look in the mirror. You can do it

while you're on a walk. You can just sit in silence for a few

seconds and let some examples come to mind. But think of versions of yourself or yourself

in history, anytime, any place where you have just taken care of yourself, where you maybe

got through the worst time. When maybe life treated you

unfairly, it really kicked you in the nuts and you got back up and you survived. You know,

I think about me, age 22, going through a divorce, heartbroken, right, Australia, on my own, I had no family there.

But I had a good job and I had great co-workers. I had a great boss. I had an amazing best friend.

I still had these people in my life, which is so magical. But I remember being 22. At the time I was

earning $45,000 a year, knowing that I had to

find my own place, that I could afford, that I could still afford a bus pass to get to work,

where I could pay for food, I could pay my own bills, doing it in this foreign country alone.

If I pause and think, I've actually never given myself

credit for that. I just think, yeah, get on with it. Get on with it. Get on with it. But if I think
