feel good when you feel bad. Back to basics because this is a lesson that I have to relearn over and over and over again if you

suffer with mental illness stress even just a low mood or the general blues you know in your core that

their activities and habits and behaviors that exacerbate it.

Just as there's habits, behaviors, and activities

that can alleviate it.

And as I've gotten older, the lows are not as low and I'm able to catch myself

I'm more in tune and I can feel it in my body when there's a shift and we're headed down a bad path.

Now stress and outside circumstances are inevitable and it's up to us to maintain a healthy and positive

mentality or an emotional toolkit to withstand this, but sometimes when we're already feeling weak and we get kicked one more down, it's hard to get back up.

But here's the thing.

When I was younger, when I was a teenager, if I was kicked when I was down, I would stay down for a while. I would really need to gather my bearings.

And I couldn't stand up instantly but as time has gone on I'm able to get back up a little bit quicker and I

things can just as easily snowball into control and I want to describe my last week
