Welcome back guys. Well in the Freshhip Podcast we're here with Ryan Pinedo man. We're really excited to be here. Thank you for hosting us

Yeah, biggest man. Yeah, I appreciate you guys coming by man. Yeah, man

So question I've seen some of your content before really big into real estate investing got your money right

This is something that a lot of guys need to take seriously nowadays

But for the audience members that might not know who you are can you introduce yourself to the people? Yeah, the quick version is

Today, you know, I'm an entrepreneur. We've got six different seven eight figure businesses

A lot of those are real estate based so you know, we'll flip over a hundred homes a year

We own over 550 rental units. We got education events got a tax company

So a lot of stuff on the on for entrepreneurial side, but you know before I was an entrepreneur

I was a professional baseball player. So I got drafted by the Oakland A's in 2010 and you know played in the minor leagues for many years

Never got to the big leagues. So you know, I didn't make any money playing baseball. I was making $1200 a month

Yeah, just living on that still proto still a pro pro get a bit of it getting paid to play right

But I had to get side hustles because like I was pursuing my dream playing baseball and

You know, I had to go survive. So that's how I kind of fell in entrepreneurship

I never wanted to be an entrepreneur. I just want to play baseball

Ran take us back to when you were a kid

What do you think inspired you to want to gain a business after all eventually?

Well, like I said, I mean, I just I was focused on sports man and you know growing up

I was always good. You know, I got a D1 scholarship and then I got drafted and all that

So would you go play do you want to Cal State Northridge? Okay, so you know did all that and so I was like dude
