Sam prim that was intense. I am intense. I'm aware I'm being very keenly aware of your

intensiveness and I like it. I love it. So for people who don't know who you are

can you tell us a little bit about what you're doing in real estate right now?

Yeah, so I like let, let's take a quick step back.

So I was on that path of like W-2, my dad worked for one company for 40 years, I got a job,

I'm going to work to him 65,k retirement that's the plan right yeah I was

doing that and then once I got into the real world I realized quickly that it

wasn't quite all that it was cracked up to be I think there's a lot of

reasons for that but anyways

I started investing in real estate in 2015 quit my job in 2018 been full time since

then and right now we flip and wholesale about 250 to 300 houses a year.

I have about 50 million in real estate that I've been able to buy legitimately without

using any of my own money, which is pretty cool and then I have an education business

and a social media brand online so those are kind of the

three prongs of my business. Nice how many flips and wholesales do you think you've

done in your career? We just did some like quick math has been about 12 hundred

12 hundred flips and wholesales.

That's crazy.

That's a lot.

Yeah, 80% wholesales, but I mean, yeah, still impressive,

but it's not like we've taken down and put 60 grain
