Welcome to the Sports Motivation podcast. It's your host, Nees Showbo. Listen, there are certain

0:05.8

fundamentals, certain habits that I believe any high competitor, any peak performer,

0:16.0

any competitor should be doing. And I think it's universally understood. I very, very rarely, if ever,

0:24.6

have I heard anyone argue against it, right? For example, within your sport, whatever your sport is,

0:31.5

there are certain things that regardless of what school of thought or what generation they come from, it's agreed like, yeah,

0:39.7

you got to do these things. And one of those things for us as competitors, I believe all of us

0:48.1

need to be doing is planning your day the night before. I've never heard a good argument for why that shouldn't be done.

1:49.0

So I want to put you up on game.

1:50.9

I've done it before.

1:52.1

I've talked about it a ton.

1:53.7

But there's nothing wrong with revisiting the fundamentals.

1:58.0

And I'm going to give you a very simple framework for how you can plan your day

2:01.5

in just less than 10 minutes a day, all right? Maybe even less. Maybe seven minutes or less.

2:10.1

Really, really simple. So I'm going to just break it up into three parts. I don't want you to feel

2:14.2

like you have to follow some specific formula, but I'm going to give you three parts to this framework that you can use and you can literally do this anywhere.

2:21.5

You can be on the plane.
