Let's start our conversation today with what to do before you travel.

Yeah, it's like the saying a good day starts the day

before, right? Travel can increase anxiety. We know this. Iroveda, India's ancient science of life,

teaches that travel and change and moving around can be challenging for anxiety. The last thing we need is for it to be a last minute

thing because that just adds to the stress and the rushing, the hurry and the worry. We want to

eliminate that. So the day before, it's a really good idea to be packed up ahead of time

and to make sure you eat a nourishing warm meal, eat well during the day,

get some rest, take a walk if you can, have an early night, make sure you're nourished,
