It's deeply rooted in our subconscious mind

And that is something that I only learned within the last five to ten years or so that trauma really is right there in our bodies until we address it.

So that was new to me and that was something I went on to really look into and became quite fascinated by. So it's not something we always hear or

we're always aware of and it's a great thing to explore because then we can do some healing work and some release.

And these emotions and memories

are what can cause fear, anxiety, anger, grief, and even cravings.

And they adversely affect our health and our vitality on all levels, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

This is really potent, unprocessed junk that's just kind of stuck in our bodies and the cool thing is we can do
