Do you have like the whole thing like suction up on the roof of your mouth all day or how like

Yeah, your mouth is closed. Yeah.

Because like sometimes when I consciously try to do it, it feels uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if the optimal way is just to have it, you know, like lightly touching or if the whole thing is like like suction.

There's one thing I did notice too as this front tooth here seems to be jutting in front of the other one whereas i don't

think i ever had that in the past or i just never noticed it i don't know if that would be

an issue of not having the proper breathing technique where the teeth are starting to yeah yeah
