So that I think is why it can be so powerful in meditation because you're connecting to

something very old and very ancient and that has a lot of like power behind it.

You're not placing the burden of how you feel on to someone else like, you know, you're

fully accepting how you feel.

Hello, hello friends. Welcome back to acting my age. Hi, it's me, Rohini, happy Wednesday.

I'm not planning on crying this episode. Who knows though, but yeah, last week's episode was

fucking intense in a good way. And it sounds like a lot of you really resonated with it, which

is so so special and really means a lot. The messages that I've gotten about the episode

really warm my heart. So just fucking love you guys and let's get into today's episode. Again,

I don't have a superstructured plan for it, but there are definitely a few things that have been

on my mind this week that I just want to talk about. So let's get into it.

Okay, so lots has happened. I got a past life regression reading and healing,

which I posted about that on my podcast Instagram and everyone was like,

bet you better talk about it. So don't worry, I'm gonna. For those of you who are wanting to get one,

I got it by this woman named Zina. I believe her Instagram is, yeah, guided by Zina, Z-E-N-A.

So you can look around. She's a raky master and also is, you know, an intuitive and basically

walks me through. Okay, let's see. How do I even explain this? So I am someone that believes in

past lives. I always have, when I was younger, I had memories of my past lives and I would talk

about my mom and past life when I was like three. So I've always believed in that and I think it's

super, super interesting and super cool. And now that I've been learning a lot more about

spirituality and the soul and the soul's journey and just a concept of a soul and how from what

I've gathered and what I believe, you know, your soul really keeps going on and on and on.
