Previously on this season of darkness, Chip, he stayed with me in the ambulance the whole time and kind of held my body together.

He was amazing.

The presence of those guys in the building shooting these very loud guns

and they seemed a tiny bit reckless it wasn't really comforting. It wasn't comforting in the way I'd hoped it had been.

And he said, let me have your gun and I'll go shoot that S. O B.

He has killed my whole family. I need to get down the

business and I need to get Clara carried off from all. I was looking at the Dolly to see how I was going to kick it back. A bullet came through the top of Texas Tower, Ranger Ray was preparing to shove the door open

onto the observation deck. On the other side a dolly was leaning against the glass pane door.

It'd been left by the sniper who had been shooting at people along the drag and on

campus for the past hour and a half. Not far behind Ranger Ray was another officer,

Houston McCoy. There are a lot of people who help save lives that day and

officer McCoy is one of them but their actions all occurred within the same few hours.

So the timeline can quickly become confusing if I told you everyone's story chronologically.

So before I tell you what happened next in the tower, let's go back to the start of the day

and go over how Officer McCoy
