So I just wanted to pop in and wish you guys a happy new year.

By the time you'll be hearing this, it will be officially February. So we had a great Christmas and New

year as you guys know we did a whole bunch of traveling last year. So I'm just going to

do like a little recap of where we went, what we did,

while we were traveling. It was I think we were out the house for five months and in

Europe for three months.

So it was a very, very busy year over here in our household.

And yeah, looking forward to a mall settled 2024. Being at home is so good. It was hilarious. People were kind of saying to me like, are you guys going away for the Christmas New Year period? I was like, cannot think of anything worse.

I just want to be at home celebrating Christmas

and New Year's with the little one running around the house,

doing all those things because although you know traveling around

Europe for three months it sounds like you know the most picture perfect idea in the world

and I feel like I'm getting to the stage now where the bad stuff about it is slowly fading and the good memories are sticking out more and more which is amazing but traveling for that long with a two she turned three while we were in France

traveling that long with a little girl like that is a really really difficult

thing to do because obviously children thrive a lot with routine being in the same place, being in the same bedroom, and that was just simply not the case.

So when we kind of decided to do this, I guess, adventure, I think in my head it was like picturing walking down you know French

cobblestone streets with Ava eating mulfrit on the beach and just you know I guess basically what I had in my

head and then what turned out to be the reality of it was two very different things. I would still do it again. I would just make some

changes with a little bit of hindsight. But basically we spent the primary, like the most of our time in south of France which was wonderful

that's like a second home to me and then we went down to Mayoka which is the island above
