and childhood trauma. Wow. My goodness. Well, first of all, kudos to you, whoever asked this question,

Aeros asking this question, when you knew that sexuality would be addressed and that that's a

hard place for you emotionally. So kudos for wanting to grow and heal in this area. Yeah, that was

really courageous to do that. So there's a lot of ways that we can shift this for this person.

So that's the first thing.

You're not stuck with these beliefs because really it's a belief.

Beliefs can be shifted, right?

We all once probably believed that there was an old man that went down a chimney that was overweight, that went down a chimney, gave us gifts.

But then we, after we saw the evidence that most old men can't go down chimneys, right?

We started seeing the evidence against that idea. and we've all held beliefs that have shifted

over time so okay well what about something so horrific so there are she has beliefs that

that are scary that say that sex opening my body up to someone, opening up my emotions up to

someone is not safe.

And inside even your body, talking to this person, there are little markers that your body has realized that any time that you're in this position or this situation or this context this is unsafe and even if she wants to be there sometimes all of the red flags and sirens will go off so we really need to work really holistically in this.
