0:31.5	filming a podcast today and I was brainstorming video or podcast ideas and I was thinking of embarrassing stories and I feel like everyone has their good share of embarrassing stories and I feel like I have more but I can't really think of all of them so I went on Instagram and asked you guys to send us your stories and we're going to be reading some of them today.

1:11.6	Right, me too though. I feel like I'm here, but I'm not here. Like, I don't know. I feel like days are just passing by and I'm like, I know things are going by really, really fast all of a sudden just like days are just going by really quick.
1:24.4	Anything interesting happening to you this week? No. Other than your dog chewing
1:29.8	your retainer again. Oh right, well my retainer somehow ended up on the floor even though I had an encounter and the dog chewed on the top and I just put it on today. It's my new retainer and I'm only I'm supposed to wait at least a week before I put on the new one.
1:47.0	And so the other part fell on the floor and is still yet to be found.
1:54.4	So I had to put my new one on early.
