Chris. Yeah, really well, thanks. I just want to thank you for coming on the

show. I appreciate it. You've had a very interesting life.

You did life in prison, you were involved with the craze. But you've changed your life, you turn to to Christ and now you're doing good things

you're trying to help others knock down the same route you did so how's things?

They're good I mean I'm you know I looked back on the last kind of 35 years or even more that I've been out of prison.

I went away when I was 29 so I've had more years out of prison than I did before I went in and

there have been good years I've seen children being born I've been there when they

they've entered the world I've picked them up and held them, the disappointment of a child going, being

under nourish because it's twins. Ironically I want away for twins.

Spent 15 years in prison and then come out and you had twins you understand what I'm saying and a

boy and a girl and they've made me so proud because my daughter I went and saw her when she got her degree and

she got a lovely job now she's happy married and everything else in a proper way.

But for an East End kid like me to actually see your daughter getting a degree

with a mortar ball and gown and all the rest of it, you I mean it blows you away and I've got three daughters
