episode of the Wolf's Den Podcast. I have a great guest today. Another friend of

mine very very successful young guy. Some of you were gonna know him. He's more

of behind the scenes guy but he's an extraordinary businessman. He's more of behind the scenes guy, but he's an extraordinary businessman. He's had multiple cash outs.

His last one was close to 400 million to Viacom for a company he founded called Pluto TV.

This is actually a streaming service,

but it's really functions the way old-fashioned TV is,

where you just go on and things are already playing,

but it's on platforms as a really

brilliant idea and I think what you get to see with Ilia is that he does things

in a way that allows him to take the same methodology to any business, any industry, and scaling it.

There's one word that would really describe Ilia, to me at least would be scaling.

He's an expert at scaling businesses.

And that's an important thing because I always say remember when it comes to making money

building a business.

There's two sides to this equation. One side is you

have to fail elegantly. How do you go into business and be wrong and essentially minimize

on the financial loss,

on the amount of time you lose,

yet maximize on the lessons learned

because the lessons are in the failures.

Any rich person will tell you that.
