Literally this week, it is the 33rd anniversary of the launch of Image Comics with the launch of Youngblood number

one.

The question is, where were you in 92?

buying the very first Image Comic, Youngblood Number One.

Today we look back. The official image comics timeline

partner Jim Valentino published an official timeline of image comics a couple years back.

And today, we walk through those crucial early days. I go through Jim's book and give you

kind of some insights to what was going on behind

the scenes, because we all love behind the scenes, as Image Comics was being formed the recruitment

process, recruiting Valentino and Eric Larson and Todd McFarland, who then would recruit Jim Lee.

We examine the very crucial early days of the greatest disruptor in the history of comics,
