We are reviewing preswasion by the very famous social psychologist Robert Geldini.

He wrote another book called Influence, which was an amazing book, really, really like

that one.

And so I thought I would dive into this one.

And it did not disappoint.

And this one is brought to you by Simon and Schuster.

And the thing that I really like about this book is it's basically a very long format

way of detailing out this obsession that I have over focus because my friends, you get

what you focus on.

This is one of the driving forces in my life.

One of the things that I think about all the time because where you apply your attention

is going to give you a certain result.

And the easiest way to explain this is something that they detail in the book and I'll go

into more detail on it in a minute is happiness.

And so many people in life are looking for happiness.
