Sharon is joined by Chris Anderson, whom you may know as the “head of TED.” As the leader and curator of TED, Chris shares why he chose this moment in time to write his book, Infectious Generosity, referring to the sea of anger that we’re living in, and the role the Internet can play – for better or for worse. 0:55.0	telling the listeners a little bit more about why you decided to even write a book on this topic.
1:02.0	What about this moment in time? Led you to believe I need to write
1:07.1	this book and I need to write it now. I'm really worried about this moment in time.
1:13.0	Seems to me the world's in quite a mean place and getting meaner.
1:18.0	And I don't like that.
1:20.0	It actually is in danger of making it impossible for us to solve any of the problems that we're raiding against.
1:29.6	Because the way that humans typically solve problems is by cooperating with each other and trusting each other and figuring out a plan together.
1:38.0	And we've become so divided and so angry with each other that it's getting harder than ever to actually do that, to do anything
