doing the interviews and now I'm the one answering the questions. So no, it's it's a bit of a pinch me sort of moment

when we landed here in LaTouquet. Obviously, as a well document, I don't always dream that it still was wasn't over, but then to actually be out here and

to go to the World Cup ceremony the other day, get your cap. It also all feels very real now and what are we four days away from

Argentina, which wow, like what a match it's going to be. And the thought that I might be involved in that is just really exciting and I can't wait.

Bit of housekeeping. Oh, Farrell is coming up on the pod. The first time we've heard from Owen Farrell since his red card is hearing his appeal hearing his ban.

If you're a bit of money on a sunbed, right? Yeah, it's really us. We stood outside some paddle courts that we played some paddling of the day.

It was my first experience of paddle and I heard how good it was. But wow, my mind was blown. I'm sure we've got some good paddle listeners here.

Yeah. What a couple of hours I spent. I'd be honest, mate. I'm pretty decent. You picked it up. I wouldn't get on your

highest because people, it's probably the easiest sport to pick up in the world. I'm saying that because like I've been playing it for 20 or 20 years.

Ask Ollie Chesam that because. Okay. Okay. Okay. Well, yeah, I mean, I'm not trying to cast aspersions, but I would imagine you would pick it up a bit quicker than Chesam.

For obvious reasons, a bit more nimble and maybe better hand-eye, but he might be an amazing little bit of sports.

I don't know. We get to find a sport other than rugby that Chesam is really good at. They're quite good at darts, actually.
