0:50.0	an excited child that's'm excited. Joy. Joy. Joy. This is our strength. So multi-generational homes are on the table today, so we're going to probably, you know,
1:06.4	vacillate between multi-generational and intergenerational.
1:10.0	Well, you use those terms interchangeably, listeners, just so you know.
1:14.2	But yeah, intergenerational homes are on the table
1:17.3	because according to a 2014 pew research study,
1:21.5	a record 57 million or 18.1% of the American population lived in
1:28.9	multi-generational homes. This was back in on 2012 that they began to see this trend, this upward trend.
1:36.0	The number of multi-generational homes doubled since 1980.
1:40.0	Okay, so what is happening? Why is this happening? And what
1:46.0	intergenerational home is one that has actually one adult generation living under the same roof.
1:55.6	So one, just one generation.
1:57.6	It could be more than that, but definitely at minimum it has to be one generation that's
2:01.3	living under the roof.
