Can you explain to my audience and to me what the Department of Justice thought it was doing?

Was it sending observers to Texas to watch our elections?

What was this?

Yeah, so they told us that they were sending observers, federal observers, to monitor our elections in eight counties, some of our biggest ones, Bear, which is San Antonio, Harris, which is Houston, Dallas, and then five others.

And they were on their way to do it.

We filed a lawsuit just right after found out to stop them because under state law,

only a few people are required, are allowed to monitor or go into these elections, whether it's either

the polls or counting. And by the way, the federal government is not listed as one of those under state

law that is allowed in. But as you know, the federal government thinks they can do anything.

They were trying to bully their way in and, and we called a lawsuit and stopped them.

You stopped them in their tracks.

It was a very quick action by you.
