So I started working with people who were described as mentally disordered offenders.

So kind of in that niche between criminal justice system and also the mental health system.

I worked predominantly with sex offenders and I worked with sex offenders who had mental

health problems which may or may not have been related to their offending.

But I have worked with people in the community who have done things and I cannot fathom

why they are in the community.

All I can say is that it's my job to manage them and you know the trick is always to be

very very cynical and keep an eye out for what could go wrong to make sure that it doesn't

go wrong.

So people can be managed whether they should be is a different question.

He is somebody who as an adult impersonates being a 15 or 16 year old child and he's

done this continuously in order to go and live in a you know a foster home or in an orphanage.

He actually pretended to be a missing boy from Texas.

The boy that he impersonated had blue eyes, Frederick Boyd and Anna's got brown eyes.
