Erica's first job out of college was as lab associate at Theranos.

She realized early on that the company's proprietary technology was not delivering accurate blood

results to patients, but when she tried to speak out to company leadership, she was silenced.

And so even though she had so much to lose, Erica saw no other option than to blow the whistle.
