When the Japanese overran Hong Kong, one of the episodes was they broke into a hospital

and proceeded not only to kill the patients, but also a bunch of the nurses.

And then in Singapore, the final battle on Singapore Island itself,

they overran a place called Alexander Hospital.

And the same sort of thing they broke in.

I mean, they're banning patients on the operating tables, the doctors, the nurses, the staff, or whatever here.
