So we have some iOS 18 rumors that we haven't really talked about much in the past few weeks

we just had so much other news. The first one actually came out yesterday and it says something

about a new safari browser assistant feature coming in iOS 18.

That's pretty much all the rumor says is some feature called safari browsing assistant.

Yeah because this was found in like a, you know, code reference basically that just had the name of the feature and nothing, nothing surrounding it.

My first interpretation of it was basically like a co-pilot style feature built right into safari where it can help you

like summarize web pages you can ask questions and it'll scan the web page for the answer.

Yeah I mean it's so funny because we're only thinking that because of the other rumors that IOS 18 is AI infused, right?

Like you go back three years and you say safari is going to have a browsing assistant.

You might think of like tab groups or something.

Do you know what I mean?

It's just like a completely different context.

But these days, if you think about an assistant in the context of browsing,

you do kind of feel like the you know like what Microsoft

do in Edge now where you can have the bin co-pilot thing pop up on the side you can

ask to summarize the webpage you're looking at you can get some more

information about it you know like contextual Siri but for

browsing and with no other shreds of evidence to go on that has to be the default

suggestion here right I mean maybe mean, maybe you could, maybe it could be more like what the, I'm blank in the name,

arc, what the arc browser search thing does, where it like summarizes summarizes like you do a search term then it like
