Kira McGeons, phenomenal performance at the World Championships. This is a World Championships episode with Sonio Sullivan and our coach Vinnie

Mulvey both live in Budapest and boy oh boy do we have an episode for you. Vinny jumps straight

on the line in a moment fresh from the stadium after seeing Kira run this incredible race

and come so close.

Kira is of course a friend of the show and now the fastest Irish woman over 1,500 meters ever.

An incredible performance has to be said.

If you missed it, she was just narrowly pipped for bronze.

In one of the most stacked races imaginable, it puts her in a great position heading into

next year's Olympics, but it was a really tough pill to swallow.

It was really obvious, but her interviews afterwards, just she's such an ambassador for the sport

in the country.

I want to give her a big shout out.
