2020 is thankfully almost over but the questions continue over the government's handling of the two biggest issues of the year.

Of course, coronavirus and Brexit. You may be able to see your family for a few days from next week, but the government's

rather hoped we don't. The UK will make a success of Brexit whether we get a deal or not, says

Boris Johnson, but the government rather hopes we do. I for one, I'm looking forward to sitting in a room

again with Shehab and Lewis doing this podcast, but alas, we're back on video conference. In fact, Shehab isn't even here on his holidays already,

lucky boy. Instead, it's just me, Lewis, and of course, our political editor, Robert Peston.
