0:58.3	because for a long time now, perhaps since the 1980s, we've been ripping down walls and
1:04.9	opening up the spaces to increase the light, improve the flow, and make the rooms feel larger,

1:15.7	But now, you know, with everything, Kelly, in home decorating, home design, it's a pendulum.
1:24.3	And I guess it's just been too long to one way.

1:31.3	true. You have alerted us to that swinging pendulum before with colors and looks and this is the
1:40.1	whole layout of your home, which is not so easy to change.

1:52.6	I think this is also a movement away from or a reaction to the whole pandemic.

2:07.1	But that's going to be with us for a long time.
2:11.0	And people needed to have some privacy.
2:14.3	They needed to have a place where they could work quietly.
