Both of us are trying to catch up with the new cycle today. A lot going on, Ben.

You know, there's a VP debate tonight, so just a nice little wrinkle there.

Imagine you're doing debate prep, you're Tim Walz, and there's a massive Iranian attack on Israel,

I'm sure that it's a fun little wrinkle.

I was thinking about that today with the feeling of dread on behalf of that team, right?

Because I'm sure you had prepped like that, like some opening joke and some value statement about the middle class or something.

That's not, it's probably not going to be the opening debate.

Dragged back into the Middle East.

Well, it made a lot changes for us.

We had a whole show prepped with a range of topics from Austrian

elections to Japanese Prime Minister, but instead we were going to focus all of the show today

on what's going on in the Middle East specifically between Israel and Hezbollah.

So we're going to start with this Iranian ballistic missile attack on Israel,

the events that got us to today, including the assassination of Hezbollah,

of Hezbollah, we Nasrala,

we're talking about the IDF's ground invasion,

and then we'll get into Biden's policy

on all of this and the response,

as well as what the Trump campaign and Trump himself has been saying and how this

second front of the war in Gaza is getting folded into the presidential campaign.
