All right, everybody, welcome to Steve Austin show.

I'm coming to you from the main streets of Los Angeles, California.

Man, I am sitting here in my office.

I've got all the windows open. I've got a nice cool breeze blowing through here, and it's just absolutely beautiful. I'll tell you,

the high today out here in Los Angeles, Marina del Rey area, was supposed to be about 64 degrees,

and if it's 65, it might be, but I'm telling you what, it feels absolutely wonderful.

And this is the weather that I always talk about. If I could take it down to the Broken

Skull Ranch, that place would be absolutely heaven. If I could get a damn grocery store

at least 15 miles away, not 55, to go buy groceries over there at the Pleasant in H.E.B.

But that ain't never going to happen, so I might as well stop flapping my gums about it and shoot the breeze with what's going on right here, right now.

Hey, you know what? I got up early this morning. Made a little bit of breakfast and went down to

the gymnasium. And the gymnasium was so crowded. All I got in was my cardio. About an hour,

a good solid cardio on like a pre-core electrical machine. So I'm going to go back this afternoon and

train my delts and my bives. And my workouts are coming along.

I had a great back workout yesterday.

And I told you people about a week or two ago how sore my back got when that first time I hit all those different machines.

Well, it didn't get sore this time and I absolutely crushed it.
