It's all just a game of energy.

It's all just energy. And when you can break it down to the fact that it is all

just energy, you take things less personally. You understand that the things that show up in your

reality are things that are created from your own self, from your own energy. And so then you can

take accountability for it, not take self-blame, but take accountability and go, okay, what is it, what energy is it in me

that I'm holding on to that is creating this experience in my reality? Because it is, like,

and it sucks sometimes, right? Because even for me, when something unpleasant happens, I'm like,

oh, gosh, and I just want to blame someone or get really frustrated,

and I do all those things anyway. But then I come back and I go, okay, what is it about me that

created this experience? On today's episode of the CLS experience, we have a very exclusive treat.

She's not just an actress. She's a beacon of empowerment and a voice for

embracing one's true, intuitive self, big facts. Growing up as one of the few Asian Americans

in her school, she faced challenges fitting in, yet she harbored a deep love for the performing arts,

which I absolutely admire. Despite feeling out of place and experiencing bullying, she didn't

let those obstacles to find her.

Instead, she excelled academically, graduating as valetorian from Malibu High School and heading

to UC Berkeley with a focus on math and engineering, just same a few.
