I woke up at 4 in the morning.

And then what I did instead of trying to go back to sleep was I watched Severance, which we're going to talk about in a second.

Anyway, I was so grumpy, you know, whatever, because I'm tired and whatnot.

And my team got me Krispy Kremes

as a, as a congrats for selling the book rights to be adopted into a TV show. How cute is that?

I love Krispy Kreme. Oh my God. I love it. I think it's because when when I was younger,

it was a really, this is crazy, this is, will

boggle your mind if you're from America. So in Selfridges in London, which is like the fanciest

department store, like think about it like Sacks or something, but maybe even fancier. There's

only one. And when we were younger, Krispy Cream came into selfridges and it was like fancy and designer.

And it was the big thing to get crispy cream because it was like from America and like people

would line up. It was like one of the first food items I remembered that people were lining up for it.

My mom got such a kick out of it because obviously she grew up in America and she loves crispy

cream but didn't really think of it as like this fancy thing.

She was like, oh, we get Krispy Cream at like a gas station or whatever in America.

And all these people in London would like line up for it.

I don't know if it's still there.

But anyway, we would go and we would get them hot.

And oh my God.

Anyway, I fucking love Krispy Cream.
