For literally decades, active women like Natalie Perkins have suffered through night sweats, mood swings, low mojo, injuries, and disruptive symptoms because everyone was scared off hormone therapy by outdated information. Unfortunately, though the tide is turning, it’s been a slow process and millions of women are still suffering for no good reason. That’s why Natalie became a midlife women’s health advocate and founded PAUZ, a company devoted to empowering and educating women through and beyond perimenopause. We dive into her own perimenopause journey, the soul searching she finds herself doing as a struggling endurance athlete, and how she believes it’s time that we all step into our power and become the women we want and deserve to be.
Dr. Natalie Perkins is the founder of PAUZ Health, a women's menopause health and wellness digital platform. With her PhD in health behavior change science and decades of professional experience in healthcare including as the Vice President of the largest global telemedicine company, she is passionate about transforming women's health.
