Oh, it's my birthday.

What's going on, guys?

Welcome into today's Friday Food for Thought.

I wanted to record a little birthday episode for you guys.

Every year I like to, at least on my birthday, just do a little reflection.

I'm always grateful for another year around the sun for sure.

And, you know, going from 32 to 33 last year for everybody was a wild year.

And I was just thinking back on my year personally, professionally, you know, highs, lows,

everything in between. And first and foremost, I'm just grateful to be healthy, to have a healthy

family, have so many amazing people around me, have so much exciting opportunity and

things that I'm working on. And sometimes I kind of have to pinch myself and just be grateful

for all of the amazing blessings that, um, you know, come with every single year. And that includes a lot

of the bad stuff, a lot of challenging stuff last year.

And, you know, looking at this year, I'm so excited about what I've got going on right now and

what's ahead. And I figured today I would just do a quick little recap of my 32nd year.

And you guys know, I'm a big note taker. So I went through and kind of picked and
