I've said this before.

One of the coolest, maybe the only cool aspect of

this Trump era is how it has brought people together who ordinarily are on opposite sides or don't

agree with each other on much of anything. But this notion of defending our democracy against the threat that Trump is has brought

a lot of strange bedfellers together, including this gentleman.

He's one of my favorite progressives to read every single time he writes something

or tweets anything.

Gee, here, welcome, my friend. He writes for the nation. He's a prolific

writer. He's a genuine progressive. I haven't told you this man. Crazy Tea Party, Joe Walsh.

You're one of my favorite people to read by far. So welcome. Oh, thank you. That's very kind. Yeah, I mean, I do it. It is very interesting that

I mean, maybe the only good thing as you say of the Trump here. But I mean, I have found like my

reading has really broadened out, you know, in terms of a lot of people that used to write for the weekly standard or national review.

I mean, I'd always read, but like, you know, maybe read a little more appreciatively now than I did before.
