a dear friend of ours, Jamie Lee Finch. Jamie describes herself as a sexuality and embodiment coach,

intuitive healer, self-conversation facilitator, sex switch, and poet. So she sat down with Michael

Gunger to talk about that and what it looks like to move through faith and spirituality and your

connection to your own body. I think it's a delightful conversation. And if it may be too far for you,

I'm so good. There were some things that happened a few weeks ago that made it really clear to me

that I needed to kind of start pointing more in the direction of where I'm going,

rather than just rooting myself in the direction of what I've come from. And so

y'all reaching out to have this conversation even felt perfectly in line with that kind of inner

knowing. Because I've, I've never, I've never talked about this like super publicly before.
