So there wasn't quite really an investigation on it.

I was just kind of, was, yep, we know this, we're working on it, but truth be told, nothing was really being done about it.

My theory is that these kids, you know, because they were kids, they had somebody who helped them.

May have helped them dispose of Jared, and that's the part that actually, you know, really is the most terrifying because what if it was somebody who actually knew what they were doing.

It's hard enough to find someone if they're just buried in random plot of land somewhere because you gotta know where to look.

All these people that didn't do their job deliberately, in my opinion, that swept stuff under the carpet, they don't matter.

They're gonna get what they have coming to them, but it still comes back to Jared, who's a 20-year-old kid, who was murdered.

He was lured back to jail, someone intended to harm him, even if it didn't intend to kill him, they intended to punish him, making an example out of him, and they did.

And they've gotten away with it for 28 years.

That's what's sick of me.

And people know the answer.

I still believe there are enough people who are good, who don't want to let these people win, and that's what they do.

Their silence allows them to continue to win and be comfortable, and I don't want them to be comfortable anymore.

They don't get to be.
