Yeah, I wouldn't say that I'm perfect and there's definitely times where I catch myself and it's like, oh, wow, this person's been doing so much mileage or this person obviously is recovering and they're doing really well.

That stress is not going to do me any good, and it's just going to get me more worked up and more

anxious and I'll be losing sleep over it so you can't fall into that comparison trap

it's it's super deadly yeah I've definitely done that. I've definitely been there for sure.

things have been quite busy here at Billyang HQ.. As a matter of fact I'm actually recording this

intro from across the border in Squamish British Columbia visiting my
