War should be the absolute last option.

There's no doubt about it. We just have superior technology. We have superior training.

It's not going to be easy. That's the part that we trip up on. And what are we willing to

sacrifice for victory? If you're going to war, you have to have the will, the will to kill,

and the will to die. And when you say the will to kill, what's hard about that is you don't just

kill the enemy. When you go to war, civilians get killed too. And so you have to have the will to do that. You don't

intentionally do it, but you have to recognize that that is going to happen.

And then you have to have the will to die, which means no matter how good you are, you're going to lose troops.
