Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani with another episode of Rudy's Common Sense.

Today's episode, which follows by a day, the State of the Union speech will be devoted to a fairly brief but I think very important analysis of the speech will do more as we move along.

Particularly as we see which particular, well, I mean, we'll be straight from the beginning, which particular lies the liar and chief pursues because it was riddled with lies.

It's going to be impossible to dissect all of them.

Nor will it be particularly productive.

If you just assume that Joseph Biden from the time he was probably a young boy with a pathological mentally sick liar, then you realize right now it was state of the union speech.

It bears very little resemblance to the truth.

This was about as good a performance as I think performance enhancing drugs can give you.

There's no doubt they pumped them up because we've heard them.

This time he was a little better although there were probably 50 telltale signs of dementia throughout the speech and we're not going to focus on those because we have much better examples of that.

We really have to focus, take it for what it was, this is the direction of our country, the United States of America being set by a president who may very well go down to history as the most mentally compromised president.

We've ever had, certainly he's the most ethically and legally compromised president.

We've ever had and that will be coming out over the next year if it hasn't already been out. I mean 50% of you, 60% of you already know it.
