So I guess, first tell me about the organization what you guys are working on now and let's get into the weeds.

Yeah, absolutely yes. Pacific Legal Foundation. We are now 50 years old. We were started in Sacramento and originally we primarily worked on just litigation.

So we were suing the government for a number of different issues.
